- Initial nutrition assessment appointments are conducted virtually face-to-face through Healthie, or over the phone.
- All follow-up appointments take place over the phone.
- All sessions and packages expire one year from initial purchase date. You are responsible for using all appointments purchased.
- All appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours. Any missed or cancelled appointments without 24-hour notice will be charged a fee.
